Happy Birthday my precious Drew!!!

Drew is 26 this year! Unbelievable how time flies! Seems like yesterday this little guy was at my feet playing with his army men or ninja turtles. He would follow me all around the house when he was little. As he grew, he became quite the athlete... La cross and Foot bag. He loved skills that required balance, like riding a unicycle or a long board, or walking on a tightrope. He loved to climb trees, rocks, and even a tower. He jumps off waterfalls and flips off walls. He terrifies and awes me. He's an artist, a poet, and a welder. He's so smart and handsome and so very tender hearted. Happy Birthday my new years eve baby!!!

Emma slept over Julia's for her Birthday. The next day I took Ellie, Emma, and Julia to see the new Disney Princess movie, Moana!

Abby and Emma went to the American Girl Doll store, Build a Bear, and Cheesecake factory!!!

I'm CYT Certified! (CYT - Court Youth Tennis)

To get CYT certified, I had to take 6 online courses and pass a test at the end of each course. I was also going to get PTR certified (Professional Tennis Registry) to coach 10 and under tennis, but they canceled the workshop due to low registration. That certification is in Atlanta and requires 2 days on-court workshop and testing. The next opportunity to get this registration is in February.

Later on Christmas Day, we headed to Woodstock for Christmas dinner and a sleepover with my side of the family...

This year, Brian and Natalie hosted Christmas in their new home, which is so beautiful, by the way! We had a delicious Christmas dinner... (3 turkey's and a ham were the main course) so it was seriously an "over the top" dinner in which we all brought our favorite recipes. Of course, Black Bottom Pie was on the dessert list! After we stuffed ourselves, we played games (Adults played Cards against Humanity, then the adults and kids played Family Feud!) So much fun!!! We also had our annual white elephant gift swap! That can get pretty cut throat, lol!

The next day, we had a big breakfast with eggs... your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, and biscuits, muffins, coffee, and juice. Then we sat around and chatted and played with the virtual reality game... That was one of my white elephant gifts this Christmas. Only $15.00 at Walmart. It's so cool, you just download different apps on your phone and then put your phone inside the headset, and then you step into another world. You can download apps that make you feel like you're under the sea, in a horror film, or walking among the dinosaurs... you look around and feel like you are in the middle of it all!

Eventually we all got hungry again, but decided we were done cooking, so we went to Kani House, a hibachi grill. 1st time Emma ever been to see them cook the food in front of you. While we waited to be served, we played a fun game with the kids on an app called, "Heads Up"! Great family fun while you're waiting for you're dinner to be served, lol...
