The insurance won't cover our new car! I'm so unbelievably bummed! We have always been told by our insurance company that we are insured for 30 days when you purchase a new car. So we knew we had 30 days... Never anticipated an accident driving off the car lot, but never the less, thought it was covered.
Turns out it's covered under your insurance that you "currently" have. Our current cars were only covered by liability because they are worth around 500.00. Not worth the price of full coverage. We planned on full coverage for our new car, of course! We have been insured by Nationwide for 30 + years. We don't just have our cars, but also have our home insurance with them. So we've sent a LOT of money their way! So much for customer loyalty... Thanks Nationwide!
