Memorial Service for Papa’s best friend, Mike.

Papa’s best friend Mike recently passed. They have been friends for 45 years. Mike loved coming to the King’s farms fishing and hunting. They and their families made so many memories together. The family flew down from Wyoming, Colorado, Florida, and Tennessee. Papa pulled everyone in the wagon with his tractor and I followed behind driving the four wheeler with Nana, Mike’s wife Gayle, and Leo (a player that Papa used to coach). We spread Mike’s ashes in some of his favorite places on the farm. It was a very sweet and emotional time… lots of stories told and much laughter and tears. What a beautiful celebration of his life!

Kids celebrated Father’s Day with Keith grilling out by the pool!
