Emma turned 21🎉🎊🎂🥳🎈🎁🥂

Those who could, celebrated her by taking her to lunch at Wire Park on her Birthday. It’s hard for me to believe baby girl turned 21. She’ll always be my baby girl!

I couldn’t believe how good the kids were! We sat there for a few hours and not one of them cried. Tripp sat in his stroller the entire time! Lainey we passed around the table and she was perfectly content no matter who held her. Piper sat in her high chair the whole time eating chips and salsa and guacamole and rice. She was in heaven and was covered head to toe in food. Then she wanted Mimi to hold her when it was time to go. 

Tyler’s album released on all streaming platforms today

 Check it out on Spotify or your favorite platform! It’s called Secret Slang and his band is Rag Bags. Alex is also in the band. He plays drums and guitar. Tyler is lead singer and songwriter and guitarist. Drew also helps write lyrics for Rag Bags.

This is their 5th album. One of my favorite songs Tyler wrote is about his little sisters called Pristine. It’s on an older album. Another song that will always be my favorite is Shaken. And on the recent album, I really like Two Planes and Wrong Lanes. Very catchy! And Circle the Drain has a great guitar rif! And he wrote a song dedicated to the boys long time friend, Brennan, who passed way too young. It’s called Ode to Brennan.

Yesterday my sisters went to see Emma and Will’s apartments at UGA and see my grandbabies!

This was their first time meeting Tripp! Natalie couldn’t go because she had to work. Will is Natalie’s son, my nephew. Unfortunately they weren’t able to see Lainey this trip. 

 

Tyler and Emily’s love language is giving plants!

They gave me this plant a few years ago and said, you can’t kill this one mom, it’s too easy to take care of. They were eight. It sits on the desk in our office and I only add a little water to it every month or every other month. It grows in a water bowl instead of dirt! I love it!

They got this one when it was small at an estate sale and it grew so long! They took a snip from it to Drew and Hayley who loves plants and one to Emma too because she wants plants in her apartment. 

They also took another snippet of it and replanted it and hung it in another room to hang over Dawn’s painting.

 

Look at sweet Lainey when she sees her own reflection in the mirror!

 She thinks she met a sweet friend, but it’s her own preciousness being reflected back to her.

Took a quick trip to the North Georgia Mountains!

Spent the first night in a beautiful cabin in Blue Ridge with Scott’s parents and their dear friends, Jim and Patsy.

The next day we headed to Clayton and stayed at Bridge Creek Inn. It was a nice little getaway!

My grandmother left me a pair of Staffordshire dogs that sit on the bookshelves she left me. My granddaughter Piper liked the puppies and took them off the bookshelves and carried them around!😳😬🤣
