Keith went to the 2nd annual Debellapalooza, while I was at the beach. Alex worked on promoting this event for over 6 months to coordinate and promote all the bands, the sound system, and every detail... whatever it takes to be an event coordinator.
The Debelle's, as usual, were the most gracious hostesses! They provided the place, the food, the cost to pull it off. Keith didn't take many pictures, but took tons of videos! Unfortunately, I can't download them on my blog. But the videos are incredible. So much talent... Tyler's voice is incredible, he has a very unique style. Alex is beginning to emerge as a singer as well, he also can play just about any instrument... and Drew is the biggest fan/ dancer/hacky sac player... He's the wind beneath their wings! Drew has a beautiful baritone voice/can play drums/guitar/harmonica... but won't get on stage. The boys together are pure synergy!
They had every form of entertainment... rap, rock, adult contemporary... Acoustic, violin, guitar... everyone collaborated on the spot. It was crazy! None of them played together before, but when one went on stage, another felt their vibe and jumped in. They freelanced with each other and created incredible music. Hard to describe, but this music came from a higher place... I just saw it on video and got chills. Rappers jumped in with violinist, then a drummer would jump in, then a guitarist. I've never seen anything like it. Keith said it was even more phenomenal just being there ~
