Outside we're all just ordinary jars of clay... but what if we took the time to look inside?

2013 Watkinsville Christmas Parade
Every year we look forward to our small town parade! I think everyone in the county comes out for it. The crowd just gets bigger every year. The last few years, the girls enjoyed watching it rather than being in it. There are marching bands, floats, and gymnasts flipping down the street. There are stilt walkers, tractors, and horses... Oh and of coarse, Santa Clause! Hunting is big in Oconee County. One of the hunters put his stuffed, dead deer on a float and paraded it around. After seeing the portapotty floats the first year we attended the parade, nothing surprises me:) Emily went with us to the parade and then afterwards we went to lunch at a new chicken place they opened up in town. This is one of our favorite traditions!
