First stop, Drew and Lainey! When Laine smiles, she lights up the room. Drew and I went to get a Latte and Lainey was tired and cried in the car. But Drew played “The Happy Song” and she immediately quit crying. It’s like magic, when the song ends, she cries and he plays it again and she immediately stops crying!🤷♀️🤦♀️🤣
Second stop was lunch with Ellie! Can’t believe she’s moving to Ohio! James and Ellie are getting an apartment there and will be apartment hunting at the end of the month. James got accepted in the masters/doctorate program and Ellie will be applying. She has been interviewing for jobs in Ohio meanwhile. She got one offer today, but is waiting on the others before she decides.
Third stop, Lane Creek house! Tripp looks just like Keith. He is so adorable! And Piper is a hoot, as always. That girl has so much personality and cracks us up. She said “Mimi” today and she walked several steps from Alex to her Mimi! She also climbed in Tripp’s baby swing and kept saying, “weeee!”
Emma came over after work and I brought her my big suitcase and packing cubes and some of my skirts, tops, a dress, shoes, and purses for her upcoming trip to Italy. Sam’s family treats her as their own daughter They are so good to her. They are all leaving for Italy Sunday for 10 days!❤️
Only ones I didn’t get to see this trip was Ty and Em, but they are both doing great!
Piper climbs up the side of the ball pit and does a belly flop in to it. 😂🤣😂
