Grill master Keith grilled the best chicken last night!









We made one of my favorite recipes for dinner last night. Grilled chicken over a bed of black beans and rice. I season it with salt, pepper, oregano, italian seasoning, chopped cilantro, and fresh squeezed limes. Keith did a great job of marinating and grilling the chicken. It was so tender, juicy, and flavorful! 

This week is the girls spring break. Usually we would be at the beach for spring break, but the Corona has caused us to have a stay-cation. Yesterday I blew the pollen off the deck, but will wait to put out the cushions until the pollen passes.

Today is Keith's and my 34th anniversary! This morning he sent me the sweetest text... "I can't think of anyone else I'd rather be quarantined with. Looking forward to the next 34 years of being quarantined with you." I swear, I fall in love with that man over and over every day!!!
