Emma spent the night with Julia Trail on Friday night and they did the Tide "eat it or wear it" challenge. They both got super dirty and washed their white T-shirts in tide pod and they actually came out perfectly white! I'm sold. Those two are so creative and always have fun together!
Ellie and I went out to lunch and shopping for a dress for her for homecoming Saturday afternoon. She was wishing and hoping Ben would ask her to the dance, but decided that she'd go with her friends and hopefully see him there if he didn't ask her. We found some adorable dresses! She looks so beautiful in everything! We still need to find some shoes though.
Saturday night, Ellie and Ben went on their second date, a concert at the Foundry. Sean Mullins was playing. Ben's parents took them. They had dinner there and afterwards, he surprised Ellie with a poster asking her to homecoming. I was secretly in on it. He asked me to send him a picture of her on a horse. They both love riding, just different things;)
Sunday, Keith made us a delicious breakfast, as usual on the weekends... We had a lazy morning... I sat on the deck and read. Keith got in a workout. Then Emma and I played some tennis. Ellie's been on cloud 9 all day... not sure if/when she'll come down:)))
