Anyway, Emma was feeling brave, and said she could babysit herself. I mean, she'll be 11 Sept 1st! She said that we could leave and see the boys since it would just be a 30 minute gap until Ellie got home. So we went to grab a bite to eat and see their show. Phones on and ready in case of an emergency, of course:)
Keith and I ate at The Globe, the venue the boys were playing at...
Got some barely visible pictures (low lighting). I can't believe I didn't get pics of the boys playing this time. They sounded so incredibly awesome!!! The acoustics are great there, so you can really hear them... Plus, they were all so in sync! I think I was too into their music to record it. But I did get a few silly pics afterwards. Sean came to the show. He grew up with the boys and also has his own band. Alex often meets him in Atlanta and drums for him. Sean and Emily got tired of me taking pics and decided to give me a pose... see pics below!
Oh yeah, back to the date... When Ellie got back, her and Ben knocked on the front door, then came around and knocked on the back door, but Emma was passed out and heard nothing. I mean, she just had a 4 hour lemonade stand that day after starting her first week of school. Sooooo, they went back to Ben's house and hung out until we got home. I felt so bad! Ben's sweet momma brought them home! Ellie had an amazing time and didn't mind one bit that she got to hang out with Ben past her curfew!!!
I know, I was terrible at taking pics that night!!! Didn't even get the band playing. Tyler, Alex, Keith and I were there, but not in these pics. Oh well... use your imagination:)
