They were dressed as Phantom of the Opera!
I thought they bought the costumes, but she put on one of my old prom dresses and layered it with a dress she thrifted, and topped it with a corset she borrowed from a friend. Sam cut an old costume mask and spray painted it white to look line the phantom. They are so creative!!!
