The next 3 are mine... It's never quite as pretty once you mix it up! I forgot the cucumber and maybe added too much cilantro and red onion. I also didn't add the olive oil. Next time, I'll try dill instead of cilantro and maybe just a tad of red onion, oh and I'll remember the cucumber. I might also add the olive oil, it just wasn't very creamy.
