Outside we're all just ordinary jars of clay... but what if we took the time to look inside?

I was teaching Auntie B how our family makes Chicken and Dumplings!
Aunt Betty came in town and was able to spend the last several weeks with us. We kicked off the visit with a beach trip! She has truly been a gift... We've had the best time together, laughing, crying, and having soul talks. She has been so helpful with everything from cooking, cleaning, laundry, while I teach swim lessons all day. Emily, the girls, and I go to the pool at 10am, come home for an hour lunch break, and she has a lunch spread laid out for us. Then we go back to the pool til 6:00 and come in, jump in the shower, and she has dinner ready! Not only that, but she has also been helping me get through some heavy grieving over the loss of my amazing mom. God always knows exactly what we need...
Oh and Ruby is crazy about the girls... Every night when I send the girls up to bed, Ruby runs up and jumps on Emma's bed 1st and licks/kisses her goodnight, then runs into Ellie's room and, it takes her several tries to jump up onto Ellie's canopy bed, to give her licks/kisses, but she's pretty determined. Not only does she kiss them goodnight, but when she gets up in the morning, the first thing she does is run up and jump on their beds and give them each good morning kisses. Soooooo sweet! The girls love it!
