For Mother's Day, we began the day with a trip to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. Emma made me a sweet gift out of wood and scrabble pieces! Then Emma and I hit with the ball machine for about an hour or so. Later, Keith, me, and the girls went to the pool. The big kids wanted us to go to the river with them where they take their dogs, then grill out by their pool, but I just wanted a chill day around here. They were just over a few weekends ago, so I told them we'd take a raincheck. For dinner we had grilled tilapia, yellow rice, and cole slaw! It was a very relaxing Mother's Day.
