Lol, Alex is so good with babies!!!
This was one of my teams pending state. No one beats Morgan County, but this season we did! We came in 1st in the division! They won last season, so we had a playoff for state. They won playoff 3 out of 5 matches, so they get to go to state. If they don't have enough players for state, we get to go!
4 of my teams came in first in division this season, and 1 came in second. When you come in second, you might get a wild card for state if the team that came in first can't get all their players to go...
Whenever I decorate, I start with one thing I like... then I add another layer, then another until if feels balanced, warm, and welcoming.
I met her for lunch that day and got to see her art. Keith was out of town, so Drew gladly took her to her art festival so she could show off her artwork!!! Such sweet big brothers the girls have...
Dawn perfectly captured Ruby... She is an amazing artist!!! Every painting just makes me more in awe of her talent!!! (Betty is a Tennessee fan, so Dawn expressed that for Auntie B!)
The rug in the foyer clashed with the curtains I put in the office, so I found this one. It's rust with some red in it so it also blends well with the pillows in the living room too. We needed a new foyer rug anyway, poor Buster had too many accidents on the old one!

Boys and gals came over on Sunday! Alex helped Ellie pull weeds for her SAE project. Tyler and Emily played tennis. Then they all played ladder toss and threw the softball, and played a little lacrosse... Later, they got creative and made their own slip and slide out of plastic that they found in the garage. They duct taped it together and poured shampoo and conditioner on it while Keith sprayed them. We grilled hotdogs for dinner and made smoothies to finish off then evening!
