Emma having fro-yo with Quilter's after seeing the Peanut's Movie!!!
Another sadness this month on top of Mom's heart attack, Dad's bladder cancer, Buster's death, and now, the Quilter's across the street are moving. Amy is the one that got me into tennis! Sometimes Matt and Amy and Keith and I will play some doubles at the courts and then take the kids to the pool. Amy brought me flowers the day we put Buster down. I hate to see them go. Matt had also been a good friend to Keith. They have been so generous. They gave us a forman Grill, a kitchen table, and a leather couch, among other things... Instead of selling them, they first offer things to us and our kids. They hire our boys for yard work/babysitting, and are beyond generous! We take turns sitting on each others decks on the weekends. So convenient when a whole family enjoys another whole family! Between Amy and I, one of us is always running a step behind and asking the other to get our kids off the bus. They have been the greatest neighbors and a second family to Emma. They have 3 precious boys that Emma absolutely loves. Tonight, they took Emma to the Peanuts movie with them and then out for some FroYo. We will miss them, but so thankful for the time we had with them!!!
