Julia Trail is one of Emma's best friends from school! She slept over this weekend. I took the girls to Barnes and Noble on Friday (library was closed for the holiday weekend). Ellie got a few books in the series she is reading. Emma has read all her books and needs to check out some from the library for summer reading before school starts back. Ellie, Emma, and Emma's friend, Julia are all big readers! They all gobble up books in nothing flat!
On Saturday, the girls played in Emma's room for a while, then came down and watched an American Girl movie on netflix. Keith and I played some tennis and then Ellie drove the girls down in the golf cart to the pool, across from the tennis courts. Keith jumped in and played with them for a while. Then we took Julia home and went to a neighborhood 4th of July party!
