New hubcaps for cart...

I loved our UGA hubcaps, but they kept popping off and we finally lost one. I found these on Amazon. Gosh, you can find anything on Amazon!

Makeovers...

Just having fun with the girls... Not that they need it, but we played with makeup and I put a little eyeliner, blush, and lip gloss on them. 

Emma's Chorus shirt!

This year, Emma's in honors chorus again. She also volunteers to work the car rider line in the mornings and last semester worked at the school store in the mornings. That means early mornings and after school practices and chorus events. Those are just her school activities. She is also taking piano lessons and tennis. This girl thrives on being busy! She's excelling in her honors classes, so as long as she keeps her grades up and is a happy camper, we'll let her stay in her activities!

At the end of the season awards for tennis, Emma won an award for best serves!!!!

Proper serves are usually the most difficult things to learn! Emma is a natural... her strokes are beautiful too! Coach Genaro does a great job with the kids clinics!

Team Mascot!!!

How cute is this??? Stacey's oldest team gave this to her years ago. She said, when she first started coaching, these ladies were in their late 50's. Now 30 years later, most of them have passed. They were really good to her. They embroidered her "Tennis for Life" logo on a jacket, warm up pants, and shorts for her. One day when I was on the bench watching Emma's tennis practice, Stacey gave this to me. She said she ran across this in her shed and thought I might like to use it as a center piece for the table when we have team parties or host matches and are responsible for bringing the food and drinks.  I said, "Which team should I use it for, I'm on 6?" She said, "You decide!" I said, "I think I'll use it for my 3.0 day team, since they are the 1st team I started with." She said, "Yeah, I was kind of thinking that too:)" 

Gift our 3.5 day team is getting our coaches...

When our team was having lunch the other day, as we do after all our matches, we were talking about getting them our usual gift card. I said, what about a gift instead. Stacey always talks about needing shade, so I suggested an umbrella for the picnic table. They said, but there is no hole in it. I looked online and found this at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Even better, we can put it over the picnic table or court benches, or the small bleachers...

Christmas gift my 3.0 day team is getting for our coaches!

So excited to give them this gift! It's a court camera! The other day when Stacey was instructing us, I said, "I wish someone record us so I could see what you're talking about." She said, "That would be helpful. They actually have court camera's that hang from the fence..." I've been brainstorming about what our team should get them for Christmas... then Woop, there it is!
