Alex turned 21!

Well, Alex's Birthday was November 4th. He turned 21. Wow. All my boys are young men. I think it happened while I was sleeping last night.
Tyler and Emily's wedding is in 2 weeks. We just moved all their stuff into an apartment this weekend. Tyler will be staying at the apartment and Emily will continue living with her parents until the wedding.

Poor Drew

Drew was in so much pain this past week. He had all four wisdom teeth removed. His little face was soooo swollen! Today has been one week and he's still aching a little from it.

Happy Halloween!

Keith finally got home from 3 weeks of training last night! Just in time for Halloween. We had friends over for a big pot of chili (Nicholson Family Tradition.) Keith makes the chili around here. He uses his dad's recipe and it's out of this world! The dads handed out the candy while the moms took the girls trick or treating. It drizzled lightly at times, but we were thankful we didn't get caught in a downpour. The girls didn't seem to mind at all. They got plenty of candy to keep them in a sugar coma until Christmas!

Fall festival and park

My friend Georgia invited Emma and I to her daughter's pre-K fall festival. Then we took the girls to the park for a picnic. The day was absolutely beautiful!!! Perfect weather. The pictures at the park remind me of when Jenny and I used to take Alison and Ellie to the park at that age. I think I have a picture of them overlooking the little pond just like Julia and Emma. Time passes so quickly...
