Ellie time...

Emma spent the day with her friends last Saturday and Ellie and I had lunch and went shopping.

Just as I was leaving the courts after teaching lessons, this beauty appeared in the sky...

Sweet lil Ruby!!!

Look at those big brown eyes!!!

We got "Boo'd"!!!

Ghosting or Booing each other has been a Halloween tradition for years in my neighborhood. Someone rings your doorbell and runs and hides. When you open the door they leave you a bucket full of treats. This year we got a fall candle, a bunch of candy, some Halloween tattoos and a little ghost. When you get Boo'd, you then have to Boo two people in the neighborhood. Once you've been boo'd, you put a ghost on your mailbox so you only get boo'd once. It's fun to see how it spreads. By Halloween, most of the mailboxes in the neighborhood have ghosts on them!

This is Emma and her friends heading out to Boo people:)))

Planning a "sisters' weekend" at Lake Lanier's Legacy Lodge in November! Can't wait!!!

2018 Pre-Halloween fun!

The girls' fall break was Friday through Monday. Poppy visited Friday through Sunday and we had lots of fun. On Monday, the girls and I made our annual Halloween dessert, Pumpkin Patch Pie. It's their favorite! I forgot to buy the oreos, so we sent Ellie to the store to get them. It's so weird to me that she's driving and I can just send her to the store to pick up something! After we made the pies and put them in the freezer to set, Ellie went to the park with her friend Nellie to walk and Emma and I went to Halloween Town to find her a costume for Halloween. That store is so much fun! Keith and I are going to a Halloween party down the street that our friends always throw every year. We are going as a SWAT Team. Ellie is going to wear the outfit she wore to the anime convention. Emma picked out a baby mask, which is hilarious! Then we ran next door to Target to get her a pajama onsey to wear with it. Of course, now Target has a Starbucks in it and Emma begged for a frappachino. I indulged her:))) When we got home, we all tried on the mask. Marge was not impressed, lol!

Dad came to town this weekend!

Dad came in town Friday and took the girls and I out to lunch! He spent the weekend with us! I don't bake like mom used to, but I wanted to impress him, so I made a peach cobbler. He threw up 4 times that night. I don't think I'll be baking anytime soon, lol. The next day, dad and keith watched some football and then dad and the girls and I played mexican train. A new game I just bought. Lots of fun!
