Outside we're all just ordinary jars of clay... but what if we took the time to look inside?

Baby update from Drew and Hayley
Her little hand by her mouth!! In the second pic. She was moving all over. And at one point she moved her legs over her head haha 😂
Fun weekend!
After the tennis match Saturday we had a pool day, then Sunday went to the store to get stuff for a low country boil and came in the back gate of St Marlo. I discovered an area I’ve never seen back there… a basketball court and a green space! That will be perfect to take Scott’s 3 dogs to so they can get some energy out! Sunday night we made a delicious low country boil! Scott’s son Brandon can put away some food, lol! I almost forgot how much active college boys eat. I remember the first time I saw Keith eat, I was shocked at how much he could put away, lol. Growing up with 5 girls my mom didn’t have to cook that much, but when Keith came for dinner he would fill up his plate at least 3 times! Mom was impressed and loved that he loved her cooking!🤣🤗❤️Later our 3 boys did the same!

My sister Jeannie slept over last night!
Jeannie came over Tuesday and we took a golf cart ride through the neighborhood and had lunch at the clubhouse for, then went shopping. We both love to decorate and bounce ideas off of each other. I’m still redoing Scott’s house room by room. We hit it big at the thrift store! I found 2 big beautiful lamps for 15.00 each, some cute little decorative knickknacks, and a nice bike for 40.00! Scott and I are on the lookout for bikes. We wanna ride together in the neighborhood and take them to the beach when we go. Then Jeannie and I went to a few other stores and found pillows for my deck and a little cart to go in the guest room to put a Keurig on. We had the best time! Sometimes I need a little sister therapy!
After Jeannie left on Wednesday, Scott and I rearranged his office and added the lamps I got. We took out a blue leather chair and table. It was over crowded and the chair needed replacing anyway. Sometimes less is more.
I also found some small lampshades at the thrift store for a dollar each and replaced the old ones in the bathroom downstairs. And moved a little bleach table in there from upstairs and put a candle on it. A black accent in every room is a decorator top I learned years ago. Still need to get rid of the outdated wallpaper border at the top, but one thing at a time;)
