Luna wiped out from her search for Spud...
Cash had been missing since Thursday. Saturday morning, Tyler took Spud with him to look for Cash. Ty and Emily have several acres of land behind their house. As they were walking through the woods, Spud disappeared. Tyler looked for him from 10:00 to 11:00 am and was starting to get worried. Emily was in Atlanta, so Alex and Erika came over to help Tyler look for their pets until they had to go to work. Drew and Hayley came over and helped look with them for several hours. Emily came back home from Atlanta and was so worried. They called Keith and me at around 3:30. Keith, me, Poppy, and Ellie went over to help them search the woods. I ended up getting lost and called Keith. He started looking for me and then he got lost. Hayley and Ellie eventually found me and brought me back to the house and then Drew went and found Keith and brought him back. It was getting dark and Emily's parents, Eddie and Larry Pierce, drove in from Gwinnett to help us search. Alex got off work and picked up Emma (who was dropped off at our house after her Christmas Party and wanted to come help search). Alex and Emma came over and we all kept searching for Spud and Cash with flashlights. Even Remi and Luna (Alex and Drew's dogs) helped. We were knocking on doors, searching the woods, and posting on Facebook. Through word of mouth on FB, someone found Spud on 441 and brought him to the vet. He had a cut over his eye and on one of his paws, and was limping. The vet kept him overnight and Tyler and Emily were finally able to pick him up this morning. And then, guess who showed up??? Cash!!! The gang is safe and back together and we are sooooo very thankful! I love happy endings!!!
